One artist, one quiet room on Lake Street. Every set starts with a look at your eye shape and your natural lashes, so the style follows you. I'm taking new clients.

Sets by eye shape
Your eye decides the curl, the lengths and where the weight sits. We talk it through, and I map your lash line, before a single extension goes on.

A smooth lid with little or no crease. We look at how your natural lashes point, then choose a curl and lengths that stay visible when your eyes are open.

A fold of skin sits over part of the lid. I keep lengths light and even so the set doesn't press on the fold, and I test the curl with your eyes open.

Eyes that sit back under the brow bone, with more shadow around them. A little extra length toward the outer corner can catch the light, and we try it on you before I decide.

Wide, open eyes show the whole lash line, so evenness matters most. If you'd like the outer corner to carry a touch more, we map it in before I start.

Short answers in my own words. Each is on the policies page too.
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. Every set and fill takes one, and the menu marks each with a deposit tag. You book on the booking page, and I confirm by text.
Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit moves with you. With less notice, I keep it. If you're running late, I hold 15 minutes for a fill and 20 for a first set. After that I shorten the visit rather than run over.
I ask every new client for a patch test before a first set. It shows how your skin responds to the adhesive. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell me about allergies, sensitive eyes and any reaction you've had to tape or eye products. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell me and call your doctor or go to urgent care.
If a set isn't what we planned, tell me within a few days and I'll make it right. I'll look at your lashes with you and we'll decide what to adjust.

Fringe is a single room, so every visit is with me from the first look at your natural lashes to the last brush-through. I speak English and Mandarin, and I'll tell you if a set isn't right for your lashes.
