Will lashes suit my eye shape?
We choose the set from your eyes, so we start there. At the consultation I look at your lids and natural lashes, and nothing begins until you agree to the plan.
How often do I need a fill?
Every two to three weeks. After a longer gap, a full set may be needed instead.
What happens if I'm late?
I hold 15 minutes for a fill and 20 for a first set. After that the visit is shortened, not extended.
Do I need a patch test?
I ask every new client for one before a first set. It helps but can't predict every reaction.
What if I react?
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell me and call your doctor or go to urgent care. I stop the service if anything feels wrong.
Can I wear mascara or get them wet?
Skip mascara. After the first 24 hours, water is fine; pat them dry and brush.
How do deposits work?
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. It moves with you if you give 24 hours' notice. The booking page shows it.
Can you fill another artist's set?
No. Another artist's extensions come off first, so I can see your natural lashes before I plan a new set.
What should I do before my visit?
Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup, take contact lenses out, and tell me about allergies or irritation.
How do I buy a gift card?
Gift cards come in any amount and go toward any set or fill. You can buy one on the gift card page.
Ready to pick a time?
Add a patch test first if you're new.
