Sets by eye shape
How I look at each eye shape
Most eyes are a mix, so treat these as starting points. At the consultation I look at your lids with your eyes open and closed, and we choose from what I see.
Monolid
A smooth lid, with little or no crease.
I check which way your natural lashes point
Curl: enough lift that the set shows when your eyes are open
Lengths: even and light, so the line stays soft
Hooded
A fold of skin that covers part of the lid when your eyes are open.
Lengths: light and even, so the set doesn't press on the fold
Curl: moderate, tested with your eyes open
The longest lengths sit toward the outer corner
Deep-set
Eyes that sit back under the brow bone.
A little extra length toward the outer corner can catch the light
Curl: lifted, to open the eye
I try sample lashes on you before I decide
Round
Wide, open eyes that show the whole lash line.
A set that follows your lash line evenly looks like your own
Outer corner: a touch more length, if you want it
Lengths stay balanced from fill to fill
Your first visit, with mapping
The choice of set happens in the chair, with your eyes in front of me, not on a form.

Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a natural classic or soft hybrid set on the booking page and add a patch test if you're new. Send a photo of a look you like if you have one; it helps us start the conversation.
- 02
Step 2: When you arrive
Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Park in the garage behind the building, and take the stairs to Suite 3.
- 03
Step 3: Mapping, then your set
We look at your eye shape and natural lashes together. I map each length and curl along your lash line, you agree to the plan, and then the set begins while you rest with your eyes closed.

Step 4: Afterward
I go over aftercare and you can book your first fill before you leave.
Questions about eye shape
What if my eyes are a mix of shapes?
Most are. I look at your lids open and closed and plan around what I see, not around a label.
Can I bring photos of a look I like?
Please do. A photo shows a style; at the consultation we talk about how it would sit on your eyes.
Does eye shape change how often I need a fill?
No. Fills follow your natural lash cycle, every two to three weeks, whatever your eye shape.
What if I'm not sure lashes will suit me?
That's what the consultation is for. We look at your eyes first, and nothing starts until you agree to the plan.
